11 Aug USA & Surgery Update

We are so excited to tell you all that Naam Pueng is doing great! The surgery was a success and she will have full motion in her arm! Thank you so much for all those that gave towards her surgery. After one of her check ups her parents invited us all over to their house for dinner to thank us. Her mom told us that she couldn’t sleep many nights thinking, “How will we ever repay [our team] for helping pay for the surgery?” She told us that she felt so worried because she knows she could never repay us for helping take care of their family. It was such a beautiful opportunity that the Lord provided for us as a team to share more about all that Jesus has done for everyone and how we can never repay Him for all that He has done. We shared about His love, we shared about the Holy Spirit, and how we don’t have to worry. I loved it when she said that God was taking care of and watching out for her family.  Praise the Lord for all that He has done and is doing in this amazing family!  Please continue to pray that they would come to know Jesus.

On another note, Angela and I are back in America! We have been here for about three weeks now and it has been so great to see some friends and family! Almost as soon as we arrived Angela became sick and had a fever for thirteen days! We had many doctors visits and ended up at the Infectious Disease Specialist last week. She just started feeling herself this past weekend but we will find out the results of the tests in two weeks. We are so thankful she is feeling better but still want to know what it was that she may have had. Please email us or let us know if you would like to get together while we are home for awhile!
